Kathy has been the Owner/Broker of Busby Real Estate, LLC since April of 2000 and has 33 years of experience in the real estate industry. Previously associated with Yasenka Real Estate (Hampstead, NH) and Theresa Steele Realty (Windham, NH), she has enjoyed providing her clients in southern New Hampshire with the utmost attention, through her own firm for the last 21 years.

She is well known for personalized service, knowledge of the local market, integrity, and honesty, as evidenced by a strong history of referrals and numerous repeat clients. With her extensive experience in real estate and strong corporate customer service background, Kathy will ensure you are informed and have the best possible experience through every step of the process.   As a listing agent, she will outline a marketing plan and work closely with her sellers, as a team, to promote their home for the best price and terms possible. She is known for close communication with sellers, keeping them updated on progress and consistently following up on feedback in a timely manner.  She loves working with buyers, from the first-time home buyer to more seasoned buyers, patiently guiding them through every aspect of the transaction according to their needs.

Kathy also brings 10 years of corporate experience at Digital Equipment Corp. as a District Manager’s Administrator for 360 employees, a Marketing Specialist and Sales Support Rep. She is a member of the Granite State South Board of Realtors, MLS, The National Association of Realtors, and a Loss Mitigation Specialist. She has volunteered extensively in the Derry School system, supports the Pan Mass Challenge, MS Society and local fundraisers.

Kathy and her husband enjoy spending time with their 2 adult sons, walking, hiking and at gatherings with family and friends!  She also loves the beach, especially Nauset on the Cape and Rye Beach in N.H.
